MEET CHEFS MEREDITH & ERIK
Board AF is a passion project for my husband Erik and me. We are professional chefs who met at Spiaggia, a Michelin starred restaurant in Chicago. After working in restaurants for many years we decided to become private chefs in order to grow our own family and spend more time with our little guy. Board AF gives us the opportunity to create and artistically collaborate. Our goal is to redefine the traditional charcuterie/ grazing board by showcasing a wide variety of unique products and combining them with our Michelin level culinary experience.
